We have an existing 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom Californian Bungalow in Melbourne Victoria and are looking to get some concept designs prepared for a possible house extension. https://www.realestate.com.au/property/1-hinton-rd-glen-huntly-vic-3163/
We have recently renovated the existing internal bathroom and would like to keep it and the two front bedrooms unchanged. The intention would be to remove the sunroom and outhouse bathroom and build a c11m x 4.5m extension at the rear. The goal would be to have 4 bedrooms an internal laundry and WC as well as large open plan living kitchen dining (we can put an ensuite to the East of the front bedroom). There is a challenge with the South facing orientation of the block and the diagonal east boundary, as well as the width of the house leaving potential wasted space in the middle. We do not want to go upstairs. Ideally 3 x concept plans of different options would be required.
This would be an initial concept phase project with potential required for full architectural and CAD requirements for a build.
