About the job
I am working on creating real-time architectural visualization using Unreal Engine and am looking for a specialist who can transform a basic scene into a full-fledged, polished interactive experience.
Since there are currently no ready-made resources, all models, materials, and textures will need to be created from scratch.
Your tasks will cover the entire production cycle: high-detail modeling and texturing of interiors and exteriors, setting up realistic lighting and rendering in Unreal Engine (preferably using Lumen), as well as developing smooth cinematic camera passes and an interactive assembly in which the client can move around the space independently.
We plan to use tools such as Blender or Maya for modeling and Substance Painter/Designer for creating materials before importing them into UE5.
🔹 Expected results
Unique 3D models with clean topology and PBR textures;
An optimized Unreal Engine project with customized realistic or baked lighting, post-processing, and correct collisions;
A cinematic walkthrough in 4K and an interactive executable file for Windows with 60 fps performance on a mid-range PC.
I plan to review intermediate results directly in the engine; final approval will occur when all rooms have stable lighting quality, resources load without delays, and the video tutorial plays smoothly and without technical issues.
