Chief Architect designer Ended

Project Overview
I am looking for an experienced Chief Architect user to recreate an existing residential house design from CAD drawings into a fully editable Chief Architect model.

The goal is to produce a clean, accurate .plan file that can be edited in Chief Architect for further design work.

Scope of Work

Using the CAD drawings I provide, the freelancer will:

• Recreate the full house model in Chief Architect
• Build accurate floor plans including wall types and dimensions
• Place all doors, windows, and openings
• Model stairs and railings if shown on the plans
• Create the roof structure based on the drawings
• Model exterior walls and basic materials
• Ensure the plan scales and dimensions match the original CAD files

Files I Will Provide

• CAD files (.DWG or .DXF) or vector PDFs of the house plans
• Elevations and/or sketches if available
• Any notes needed for clarification

Deliverables

• Fully editable Chief Architect .plan file
• Any linked .layout file used for sheets
• Exported PDF floor plans and elevations

Requirements

• Must have significant experience using Chief Architect
• Ability to accurately recreate plans from CAD drawings
• Must provide examples of previous Chief Architect residential projects
• Good communication and ability to ask questions if details are unclear
