We are a UK property developer seeking a skilled freelancer to produce a detailed electrical plan for a residential flats conversion. We already have the internal layouts (floor plans) and need someone to produce a compliant electrical drawing showing:
Socket locations
Switches
Lighting
Consumer unit
Circuits
Requirements:
Must have relevant UK property experience and understanding of UK building regulations.
Samples or portfolio of similar approved electrical drawings are required.
Please include in your quote:
Relevant electrical drawing experience and examples of previous work
Software used (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
Turnaround time
Fixed price or hourly rate
