We are a UK-based property developer converting a property and require a freelancer with proven experience in producing UK Building Control drawings (not just planning).
We already have the planning drawings and need fully compliant building regulation drawings suitable for submission to Building Control and for builders to work from.
Scope of Work:
Site plan
Floor plans
Sections
Elevations
Construction details
Fire strategy
Building regulations notes
We will provide the DWG site plans.
Your Proposal Should Include:
Relevant experience (especially projects that have been approved by UK Building Control)
Software used (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
Turnaround time
Fixed price or hourly rate
Portfolio or samples of similar approved work
