Looking for a Revit/BIM modeler to create Revit families for our aCapella Sempre ceiling tile system.
Product: 2’x2’ PET acoustical ceiling tiles
Scope: 25 unique face patterns across 6 design families
Task: Create Revit families for all 25 tiles, with:
Correct 2’x2’ dimensions (1" thick)
Mount options: lay-in (square/tegular) + magnetic
Material parameters for multiple finishes
File Format: Revit 2025 (optimized, lightweight geometry, clean parameters)
What We Need From You:
Quote for the pilot model (one tile, as a test of quality)
Quote for the full set of 25 tiles (delivered as a library)
Timeline estimate (pilot within ~2 weeks; full set schedule after pilot approval)
Portfolio samples of Revit family/product modeling
Deliverables:
