Objective:
We are looking for a professional with experience in machine automation, mechanical design, and embedded systems to build a factory-grade paper counting and batching machine for a notebook manufacturing unit.
Requirements:
The machine must support:
• High-speed paper counting (up to 2500 loose sheets per minute)
• Support for paper size up to W: 72cm x H: 102cm
• Paper GSM range: 52–60 GSM
• Fully automatic feeding system (like a printer, no manual push)
• Accurate real-time sheet detection and live counter
• Customizable batch size (sets of 10/25/50/100 etc.)
• Set separator mechanism (servo or air flap)
• Auto output tray lowering mechanism (sensor-based as sheets pile up)
• Display showing: current sheet count, set count, speed
• Control panel with speed knob, set adjust buttons
• Alert buzzer for set completion
• Sturdy rollers and guides to avoid fluttering or jams
• Safety switches and reliable motor control
