About the job
The job requires to make complete sheets for 79 unit layouts.
Each sheet should have keyplan, unit details, dimensions and names on the unit layouts, as per sample provided.
19 Interior coloring and rendering of the unit layouts are done and provided in PSD file. These can be used for making the rest of the unit layouts as some unit layouts have variations which has to be adjusted as per architectural plan
All unit layouts must have balconies as per architectural plan.
1 sample sheet layout should be approved by me before doing the rest.
Follow the word document for unit layouts types naming conventions.
If any edits are required in the unit layouts it should be made as per architectural plans.
Sheets should be aesthetically pleasing and approved by me.
