About the job
We are building a shower focussed for commercial customers, that will be attached to a cold water system to allow us to provide a cold water shower to compliment our ice bath business. See attached the visuals of the end product. We are at the point of building a prototype and require a drawing to be completed to allow us to put the panels into production. The outcome needs to be something we can provide to a panel business who has sourced the material (Fundermax) and will CNC cut the panel for us. Details of the panel below:
Drawing Requirements
Panel Dimensions:
Overall height: 1400 mm
Overall width: 400 mm
Thickness: 13 mm
Corner radius: R50 mm
Hole Details:
Top hole:
Diameter: 15 mm
Center positioned 130 mm down from the top edge, centered horizontally
Bottom hole:
Diameter: 22 mm (for plastic piezo switch button)
Center positioned 175 mm up from the bottom edge, centered horizontally
Other Details:
Units: Millimeters (mm)
Draw the panel to scale, with rounded corners (R50 mm)
Include 2D front view (with all dimensions) and 3D extrusion showing 13 mm thickness
Clearly mark all hole centers and dimensions
Output Files Required:
.DWG (AutoCAD source file)
.DXF (for compatibility)
.PDF with visible dimensions for review
