1. Project Overview I am seeking a remote architect or designer to create a full set of blueprints and CAD files for a new commercial wedding venue Kentucky. The design must mimic a historic barn aesthetic but features modern commercial amenities, including a second-story mezzanine and a back wall that can handle a modular stage set for interchangeable designs for the wall.
2. Property & Site Details
• Location: Kentucky.
• Building Type: Commercial Assembly (Wedding Venue).
• Zoning/Code: Must meet commercial codes for public gathering (occupancy 200+).
3. Building Specifications
• Footprint Dimensions: 132’ Length x 40’ Width x 40-55' height.
• Structure: New construction (wood post-and-beam).
• Roof Shape: Gambrel Roof with dormers and cupolas, as opposed to a simple gable roof. Wood and steel trusses if needed
4. Exterior Design Requirements
• Front Facade:
o "3-Door" Concept: A large central sliding door
