We need to generate CAD drawings for the set up of an Event Village for a major World Championships Multisport event. The event village will be set up using existing infrastructure and temporary overlay [marquees, grandstands, cabins, evolutions, etc]. across two event zones each approximately 40,000 m² in size. The design work will be on a part-time basis between 15 February and 30 November 2026. We estimate that after the initial design is complete there will be approximately 2 to 3 CAD updates per month example images of past event layouts and drawings are attached.
