Custom G-Code for Automating 3D Printing on Bambu X1C Ended

About the job

Custom G-Code for Automating 3D Printing on Bambu X1C

I’m seeking an experienced developer to create custom G-code to automate the 3D printing process on a Bambu X1C printer using Bambu PETG HF filament and Bambu PLA Basic filament.

Key Requirements:
Model Ejection & Reset:
After each print, the printer should automatically eject the finished model from the print bed.

Automated Print Restart:
After ejection, the printer should begin the next print automatically without manual intervention.

Multiple Build Plates:
The G-code must support printing one model after another from different build plates. Each print should start on a cleared plate, and while models may slightly vary, they will generally be around 205mm x 158mm x 120mm. The code should account for minor size variations, and the instructions should clearly explain how to modify the code for different print sizes.

Nozzle Size Adjustment:
The G-code must work with 0.4mm, 0.6mm, and 0.8mm nozzles. The instructions should clearly outline how to modify the code when changing nozzles, covering adjustments to print speed, layer height, and other relevant settings.

Deliverables:
Two separate sets of G-code:

One set for Bambu PETG HF filament
One set for Bambu PLA Basic filament
Clear instructions that outline the process, including specific notes on usage.

Guidance on modifying G-code for:

Changes in model size (especially height) for proper ejection.
Changes in nozzle size (0.4mm, 0.6mm, and... read more

Changes in nozzle size (0.4mm, 0.6mm, and 0.8mm), covering necessary adjustments for each nozzle size.
I will provide an example G-code that can serve as a starting point, along with a video explaining the process used to create the example. You can either modify this or write your own G-code.

Requirements:
Experience with custom G-code scripting for 3D printers.
Familiarity with the Bambu X1C printer and its features.
Ability to create G-code that handles variable model sizes, filament types, and multiple build plates.

Knowledge of how to optimize G-code for 0.4mm, 0.6mm, and 0.8mm nozzles.
Ability to provide clear, user-friendly instructions for modifying the G-code.
Please provide examples of previous G-code or automation projects. I look forward to collaborating with a developer to streamline my 3D printing process.

This is a one-time project.
I m hoping to have this project complete & tested within 7 days
My budget is between $100.00-$200.00
