BIM Modelling & Development
- Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit
- Create interior models, including walls, floors, ceilings, partitions, doors, windows, joinery and custom furniture
- Develop models from concept design through detailed design and construction documentation stages
2. Interior Design Documentation
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans and interior layouts
- Develop joinery, furniture, flooring, ceiling and wall-finish details
- Generate schedules, material specifications, quantities and BOQs from BIM models
3. Multidisciplinary Coordination
- Coordinate BIM models with Architecture, Structural and MEP teams
- Identify and resolve design clashes using Navisworks or other coordination tools
- Ensure alignment between interior design intent and technical requirements
4. BIM Standards & Quality Control
- Follow project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP), modelling standards and LOD requirements
- Maintain model accuracy, naming conventions, worksets, families and shared parameters
- Conduct regular model audits and quality checks before submission
5. Design & Construction Support
