**Outdoor Living Designer – 2D/3D CAD & Rendering**
BoomYards Outdoor is a Florida-based outdoor living design and construction company. We’re looking for an experienced designer to create accurate 2D plans, 3D models, and presentation-ready renderings for residential and commercial outdoor projects.
Prior experience supporting outdoor living or landscape projects in Florida is required, along with familiarity with local design and approval workflows.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
• Create dimensioned 2D layouts, 3D models, and client-ready renderings.
• Design outdoor spaces featuring pools, patios, pavers, artificial turf, putting greens, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, sport courts, and fences.
• Develop designs from property surveys, measurements, photographs, sketches, and client instructions.
• Prepare material quantities and supporting drawings for HOA or permitting submissions as needed.
• Complete revisions accurately and meet agreed deadlines.
• Keep project files organized and provide brief daily progress updates.
• Communicate questions, missing information, and potential delays promptly.
