I am seeking experienced industrial machine designers, engineers or manufacturers for two complete rice-processing machines:
1. Optical rice color sorter
2. Paddy and brown rice separator
The required capacity is approximately 1–2 metric tons per hour. The machines must be suitable for continuous industrial operation, with stainless-steel food-contact components and an electrical supply of 220–230 V, 50 Hz.
The optical rice color sorter must include the feeding system, grain-distribution chute, cameras, lighting, image-processing architecture, defect detection, pneumatic ejectors, compressed-air requirements, electrical controls, calibration and operator interface.
The paddy separator must include the feeding and distribution system, separation decks, vibration mechanism, adjustable inclination, drive system, frame, product outlets and paddy-recirculation arrangement.
Expected deliverables may include:
* Complete functional and mechanical design
* Editable native 3D CAD files
* Engineering calculations
* Manufacturing and assembly drawings
* Complete bill of materials
* Purchased-component specifications
* Electrical and control-system recommendations
* Operating and adjustment parameters
* Technical support during fabrication and commissioning
