I’m an expert in Mechanical design solutions as well as in sand moulding, Special purpose machines. I have crossed 4 years of experience in those fields and also in oil & gas mechanical seal design with API 682 plans. Casting simulation and runner and gating system for castings analysis in Magma software. Solid works, NX CAD, Auto CAD, Click 2 cast, Keyshot tools are used for 3D modelling and simulation. Concept design, GA drawing, Proposals and DFMA feasibility are study also a part. Sheet metal design and development drawing are also prepared. Surface development and reverse engineering of a product is also a part. Top down and bottom up assembly modelling are also a part of SPM. I am currently working as 3D Visualiser at Claremont Group Interiors, in Manchester, UK.
