Earlier positions include Designer at Kritzinger & Rao Design, Inc. (2020–2022), where I supported commercial, residential, and master planning efforts as assistant project manager; Construction Manager and Principal Designer at A E Arquitectura Ejecucion in Quito, Ecuador (2017–2019), supervising the construction of a 23-unit reinforced concrete housing development; and Project Designer at Q3 / Taller Idea Arquitectura (2010–2012). Between 2012 and 2017, my independent consulting in Ecuador resulted in numerous completed projects, including multi-family apartment buildings (such as Arezzo apartments with 31 units and Brescia- 23 housing units), single-family residences, warehouses, and larger residential complexes.
