I need to make a companies Logo into a 3d model that would have the ability to be 3d printed in color sand stone and clear resin so there would be two separate STL files one of which would be a color stl file

I do not have the material you suggested in my library, but I used ABS.
You can use whatever material the printer can.

you mean that 3D model consist of clear resin in head shape, and inner-bulb in colored sandstone?

there are limits to what can be done with 3D printing. There are size limitations and material constraints. But if you are ok with making minor changes to the design, to make it possible to print, I can do this for you. This is my 3D print shop: http://www.shapeways.com/shops/artisteroi

Accent Piece
I have 3D probed/scanned an object that I need to recreate on my CNC router. I'm using Vectric VCarve Pro software- but its limited in it's 3d editing capabilities- Vectric Aspire is what I would need, but do not have the funds to upgrade at this time. So what I need is this object rendered fully in a 3D model (the other half is the same as what was scanned already (mirror image)- AND, the other side of the object has a contour to it. I have yet to probe that side, but would just do a small portion, and that can be extended to create the backside "carve". So I need to do a 2-sided machining of this object. I assume an .stl file or similar would be what I need.
Smart Wristband
I'm a tech&des student in the UK. I've been able to get by without being great at CAD but this year is unavoidable. My project is a wristband designed for old people that can track where they are and their heart rate. This project will be straight forward for anyone familiar with solid works 2013, neeed it by the next 2 days, (due on wed)
