I need to make a companies Logo into a 3d model that would have the ability to be 3d printed in color sand stone and clear resin so there would be two separate STL files one of which would be a color stl file

you mean that 3D model consist of clear resin in head shape, and inner-bulb in colored sandstone?
there are limits to what can be done with 3D printing. There are size limitations and material constraints. But if you are ok with making minor changes to the design, to make it possible to print, I can do this for you. This is my 3D print shop: http://www.shapeways.com/shops/artisteroi

We have a perfume design that we would like turned into a 3D rendered visual - we would like the visual to be animated to show a 360 view of the product and packaging.
We will provide a 2D visual created in illustrator, to clearly show the design concept.
