Hi @alwaysj, I believe my submission addresses the key requirements of the brief, particularly the HY-Conn coupling implementation and the integrated dispensing cartridge. I would greatly appreciate it if you could review it and share any feedback. Thank you!

Admins: Based on submissions, it looks like it will have to come down to just improving on the reference models.
Admins. I would like to post a video for reference. Whats the best way to do this?
Guys, if the admins will allow it, I'd like to make it exciting by making the prize a bit juicier and extending the deadline. I think the video will give better results.

Hi, I had a quick question. Why did you upload those reference photos? Are they just to explain the bottle neck and thread dimensions, or are you expecting us to use that mechanism as a reference?

I was actually working on a different concept based on first principles. It has only 2–3 plastic parts, is much simpler to manufacture, and gives a more premium-looking cap than the examples shown. Before I continue, I just wanted to confirm whether you're looking for a completely new mechanism or if those uploaded photos are meant to guide the design.

one query: This bottle cap also needs to hold 15–20ml of a thicker liquid. Is that a one-time-use feature, or does the design need to support repeated use — filling it with the thicker liquid, emptying it into water, mixing, drinking, and then refilling it again?

Jinen Sheth- Please check my uploaded photos. There are 2 competitor caps for reference. I prefer the yellow because its easy to drink from, whereas the white cap requires user to take off that whole 4 inch cap in order to drink.

@alwaysj We just made that change; the entries are all visible.

You can decline the AI-generated entries. Any entries you decline will show a “declined” status on the list of entries for your contest, which is a helpful function to shortlist designer submissions.

Yes we can go for mass production by changing the materials and complexity of mechanism, I would like to know which concept did you like for color, finish and feel?
I will make 3D model of the concept you like. You can choose multiple concepts for different things like color of concept1, feel of concept 2, etc .

If any Admins are reading this, I'd like to change setting of contest to open source so that everyone can see everyone's else's work as well as my rating of them. I don't see an option to change this.

Pictures have been uploaded!
Cap 1 dispenses when you twist the contraption. The column in the middle holding the liquid rises up, openign the seal and releasing syrup. To drink, the whole contraption must be taken off the bottle. The top cap is for the company selling it to fill with whatever liquid, and isn't meant for end user to open.
Cap 2 is better in my opinion. A twist releases the liquid via a hole at the bottom of submerged column of liquid. To drink, the safety tab is removed, and the cap is flipped open.
Please ask questions

Would you mind providing the file or images of the previous bottle cap design? This will help me understand the exact upgrades you are looking for.
