Hi @alwaysj, concerning your recent comments on this design #75, yes tit is configured to US bottles (PCO 1810), and both Native CAD files and STEP files are included in the submission.

#36 Was this design with reusability in mind? We're going for a cap thats single use and to be discarded with the bottle its on.

#33 Solid design. However, would love to avoid foil and any puncturing to avoid fragments in drink. The size and overall appearance matches what I had envisioned.

Hi @alwaysj , can you rate recent uploads?

I have uploaded measurement of the contraption. I suspect our cap will hold around 50% or less of the reference.

So far, Jinen and AdamRockler are the closest! If you want a shot at the prize, please reference the video and the submissions of both these gentlemen because it seems from current submissions that any upgrades will have to be based on current models. Squirt, flip top, or twist is up to you but Flip top will be preferred!
