Hello,I need a 29 room guesthouse re-designed. It needs be modernized completely. We were going to re-structure the downstairs so there is a receiption area. The main area of concentration is the bedrooms, and bathrooms, which are vintage, and modernizing it. You may have to move doors to maximize space.
We need to see renders of the room types. Downstairs entryway we can ignore for now.
Wants:
• Functionality and flow of space, particularly for guest comfort and operational efficiency• Aesthetics that blend modern minimalism with warm, inviting textures
• Cost-effectiveness of materials and furniture sourcing
• Practicality for cleaning and maintenance in a hospitality setting
• Quality and clarity of presentation (renders, layout plans, color palettes)

Hello! 1. Seeing particular site regulations and local urbanistic constrains, I would like to know what type of classification are you aiming for the Guesthouse. Number of stars dictate minimum surfaces and minimal furnishing pieces + other requirements for rooms and lobby (local regulation require a firm integration in their classification system). 2. Also, for indirect lighting do you mean artificial or just hidden light sources? 3. Do you have a quality standard or a budget estimation. What I mean is, are you aiming for luxury or for a "wow" effects . 4. do you have any branding system/ colors that you would like to be included in the design? Thank you!

So we want to make our target market really young people who are festival going because it&
;s Europe&;s largest festival five minutes around the corner but when is not the festival we get families because they are building a beach and extending it and it happens to be five minutes from the property we want indirect lighting everywhere and we need the fridge is covered in a cupboard along with the safe and maybe this will need to be custom fabricated alongside the bed cabinet because every single room is a bit different

With a massive 5,221 sqft of space, this is the creme de la creme of the penthouses in the area. We are looking for qualified highly creative individuals experienced in designing high end properties to join us in this exclusive project to make this dream house into a reality.
