Project overviewThis is a 3-level penthouse on the 35th floor located in the high end district of Malaysia's capital, Kuala Lumpur. With a massive 5,221 sqft of space, this is the creme de la creme of the penthouses in the area. We are looking for qualified highly creative individuals experienced in designing high end properties to join us in this exclusive project to make this dream house into a reality.
What we want?
A person who has the vision and ability to conceptualise the use of spaces, and to maximise the potential of every corner.
You may show us what you're made of with 3D renderings of ID designs and structures complete with furnitures and fixtures.
Who we want?
Qualified designers with architectural technical knowledge.
What can you expect?
Winner of the project will be claiming the prize money, and will be joining us on an all-expenses(air ticket & accommodation) paid trip to Kuala Lumpur to execute your ideas into reality. If you're selected as the winner, there will also be variable incentives given along the way as the project progresses.

The canvas is a 5221sqft 3-storey penthouse.
The location is in the heart of South East Asia.
The end product is your creativity.

Additional Information
Concept: The penthouse should be designed as an integrated entertainment living to be able to accommodate at least 12 people comfortably with the number of bathrooms to match the bedrooms. The concept of luxurious entertainment living should encompass various features for recreation like games room, pool table, movie room etc. Roof garden should be able to be utilized as a space to be able to hold events or double up as a BBQ area.
Occupants should feel (ease as soon as they step into) rested living in an all-encompassing modern residence. There should be at least one area that makes the condominium stand out and be differentiated from other typical homes and to give the apartment an identity.

Hello sir, i understand that you had your expectations for what you wanted. But no design project is ever made easily. It takes a lot of time to determine what exactly one is looking. As designers on Cadcrowd we can only take the first step of the design process which is conceptualization and until you as the client agree with where the design is headed we can not do much else in terms of providing the "perfect design". You are right to assume that a lot of time and effort goes into these submissions and im sure you will agree that its not something that is worth nothing. I know you have already made your decision but i just wanted to let you know that this is by no means fair to any designer that no one wins anything. Honestly it makes me think this whole idea of "designers in the cloud" is just a big scam.
Thank you all for the submissions and I have been monitoring closely on all submissions. However, after reviewing all the entries, none of them met the requirements. They were either cookie-cutter standard templates or the designs did not meet the theme. There were 3D renderings yes, but in terms of design aspects they were far from expectations. I understand that some of you did invest some time in this and I also saw the effort put in, but it is unfortunate that I have to announce that I will not be selecting a winner for this contest and will be requesting a refund from Cadcrowd.

Yes I'm looking for interior design. Window frame colours can be changed, but the structure of the windows cannot be changed as it may affect the structural integrity of the building. Not sure what terrace fence are we talking about cos I don't think there's any terraces in the apartment

Not sure how much it will cost me but just go all out with your creativity! For the construction part, I will negotiate with the contractor so don't need to worry about that
