Patent Pending Twisted Wire hookah cleaning brush
Hello Cadcrowd I currently am patent pending on a twisted wire brush and the use case is to clean hookahs. To give you a little bit about my background I have owned and managed my hookah lounge for 12+ years and recently have come up with a new improved design for the standard hookah cleaning brush, I have attached pictures of 3 brushes the brush on the left and middle is what is currently in production, and the left is my design. I would like to emphasize that materials are all the same, steel for the wire and nylon for bristles for cleaning hookahs. My design is collaborating the standard stem wire brush cleaner on one opposite end and my twisted hollow design on the other, making sure two exposed areas of wire for hand placement. I currently have been using a working prototype I made which is one of the pictures included showing my design inside the hookah, take note how longer bristles face in one direction. I need professional blueprints of my design to present to a manufacturer The overall dimensions are included in sketches brush should be roughly 60cm, bendable in the hollow area to allow longer bristles to elongate. Also longer bristles facing one direction should be (7 cm)
Project Title: Mechanical Design of a High-Depth (2000mm) Vertical Soil-Trenching & Lining Attachment.
The Need: I am seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer with specific expertise in Soil-Engaging Tools (SET) and Earthmoving Machinery. The project requires the development of a manufacturing-ready CAD assembly for a heavy-duty hydraulic attachment.
Precise Functional Requirements:
Dynamic Excavation: Design of a high-tensile, narrow-profile cutting blade/saw capable of vertical penetration to 2000mm in varying soil densities (compacted clay/sandy soil).
Integrated Deployment: A trailing, precision-guided mechanism (U-frame architecture) that deploys flexible polymer liners into the trench simultaneously with the excavation phase.
Subsurface Sealing: Integration of a high-pressure injection system for sealing compounds (Bentonite) at the deepest point of the trench.
Hydraulic Interface: Full integration with the auxiliary hydraulic systems of a Skid-Steer Loader (SSL), including torque and pressure flow analysis.
Required Engineering Expertise:
Structural & Soil Mechanics: Understanding of lateral soil pressure and frictional drag at 2000mm depths.
ISO-Standard Drafting: Mandatory proficiency in ISO 128 / ISO 129-1 for all 2D assembly and manufacturing drafts.
Advanced GD&T: Application of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing to ensure moving "Deployment Guides" do not jam or seize under subsurface loading.
Material Science: Selection of Abrasion-Resistant (AR) steels (e.g., AR400/500) and analysis of weldment integrity for high-vibration environments.
Selection Criteria (The "No-Waste-Time" Filter): To be considered, your portfolio must demonstrate prior work on:
Agricultural or Construction attachments (Trenchers, Plows, or Augers).
Hydraulic-driven moving assemblies.
Professional 2D blueprints with standardized title blocks.
Telescopic Retractable Luggage Handle
Almost without exception, telescoping retractable handles found on all makes of luggage today are made from plastic and lightweight aluminum; they do not last more than a couple years (of frequent use), do not operate smoothly, often get stuck/jammed, are prone to breaking, sometimes retract easily by an unintentional bump, they wobble and are ugly, and most look very similar with no distinguishable design or style.
Solar container
20 feet Shipping container needed to used for a mobile Solar power station a total of 36 panels needed to be mounted in top and side of the container. The unfolding of these panels at site should be motorized by hydroluyic system. The Tilting angels should be adjustable. The set up of the system should not exceed half an hour.
Donkey Calf Raise attachment Quick Connect
This contest is to design a fast way to connect and disconnect the Donkey Calf Raise attachment to various size smith machine barbell shafts. The Donkey Calf Raise attachment is a patented apparatus that can be attached to the smith machine barbell to perform the donkey calf raise exercise. The current design will not attach to all smith machine barbell shafts. I need a new quick way for the apparatus to attach to a 25mm to 35mm diameter smith machine barbell shaft.
