We are looking for a new design to upgrade our digital display soldering iron. We've attached some images with the existing product which we want to upgrade mainly in terms of aesthetics. Instead of the brand name use the word "Generic". Our preferred color scheme is with red and black as dominant colors. The PCB and LCD size/shape will be adjusted by the manufacturer in order to fit the design shape. The design needs to look great, to be fit for purpose and ready to give to a manufacturer for 3D prototyping and injection molding. Injection plastic flow needs to be considered. The design should be unique and it should not infringe any design patents. Please submit your design entry with images, a neutral CAD file format (.igs, .stp, .fbx, .obj, .x3d, etc.) and a native file format if applicable (e.g. SolidWorks, Inventor, CATIA, Creo, NX, 3ds Max, etc.).

Hello! We are looking for creative and talented people to present a unique Running Board (RB) design. The RB will be mass produced for a next generation full sized pickup truck. Currently, there are many universal RB varieties on the market but most all share a similar design that adds little to the trucks appeal. We are looking for a RB with appealing and unique geometry that can be manufactured at a reasonable price. We are also interested in incorporating a contemporary mix of materials, material finishes, textures, and accentuated lighting in a unique way. Please see our attached pdf file to see lighting products that are available. Things to consider: We have created a vision board (SEE ATTACHMENTS) with design elements we like for reference and inspiration. We have created mock-ups of running board designs with unique geometry and with individual pros and cons labeled. If presented in a photo-realistic render, incorporating contrasting materials, textures and possibly lighting, one of these may prove to be what we are looking for. Please note these mock-ups are poorly presented because of the lack of rendering software, not because of poor geometric design. Color is typically matte black, gloss black, red, or chrome although these are not limitations. We prefer little Contemporary Islamic design for the Crown. Any other suggestions also welcome. We need space for Logo & Text (Gold Material) on the top of Pylon, below the Crown. Advertising Space could be Flat or Curved LED Screen / Poster design. Top of Recycle Bin space utilize for Advertising Purpose.
