Currb appeal transformation. I have been looking for an exterior designer/decorator which is turning out to be bit of a challenge for what I need. Which is a curb appeal makeover and importantly a facelift to my small ranch.
It is a foreclosed ranch with outdated vinyl siding,cedar shakes siding in front, an unkempt yard with large ugly logs as borders for the garden and side yard. I would like to transform the house using beautifully coordinating siding, trim, lineals, stone veneer, plants, garden, architectural accents like mahogany corbels, deck color to match siding. I am not looking to make major structural changes that involves demolishing and rebuilding, but looking for the ultimate curb appeal without major construction for between $15-20,000
Design concept to include:
- beautiful dramatic but timeless coordinating vinyl siding, trims, windows and stone veneer accent.
- coordinating window trims/molding colors
-deck color to coordinate with siding
- Front Yard Landscape ideas - floral and hardscape ideas for borders around garden and side yard.
- House front wall accents mount mail box, lighting sconce flower pots
-Open to small architectural accents, but no demolishing and remodeling.
-overall front yard curb appeal
-Siding and foundation wall is ugly and dirty, Looking for someone to present design ideas and concepts to give the house and front yard a dramatic face-lit. I will take care of my contractors, just looking for the design creation. I have photos, is this something you can help with create online for a reasonable fee? I have a lot of pictures just adding one here.
Importantly if this something that can be done, I live in NJ so materials, siding, veneer etc should be available in the northeast.

Would like a timeless color palette that compliments the style of the house, not making look smaller etc. Would like the designer to consider the palettes of neighbors surrounding my house to create a style that stands out, beautifully, stylish.

Don't Wants:
-Do not want to demolish and do big exterior construction remodeling-Do not want to PAINT main siding, it fades over the years, prefer working with original siding colors. OPEN to painting trims as that can be touched up every few years without the high cost.

I do not believe your request can be obtained on your stated budget. The cost of new siding, roofing and paint will consume your budget. The deck alone could cost over $5000 to refurbish. Pre- pay the prize and you may get some entrants. The landscape work alone should be a separate contest and pulled from your request because building designers are not the best people for landscaping needs in my opinion, and landscape should be determined by the physical appearance of the exterior design and climatic conditions. Many more pictures and a site plan are really needed for us to see what you see. Good Luck

I would like to see the rest of the pictures, as well as pictures of neighboring houses (2 or 3 in both directions as well as opposite side of the street). From what I have seen, I don't think it's going to take much to make it beautiful. Are you trying to do a house flip kind of thing? I ask because it would impact some of the choices in what is done to improve curb appeal. Assuming that you just recently bought (or are buying) this house, I would like a copy of the survey showing your boundary and the lot improvements (i.e. house corners, and paving edges).

Improve upon our floor plan and hardscape design for a 4,500 sqft waterfront home
We have a plot of canal front land in the Cayman Islands. Looking to build a home on it soon, so considering floor plans. I attach a floorplan of our current ideas to give an idea of what we're thinking. I'm sure it can be improved upon, and we can make more of the space. I have an outdated lake home to modernize the front and rear exterior.
I have a 3D render I had created on Fiverr, but I am not completely in love with it as it is not sophisticated enough. I would like to change it, but I will include the 3D render in the files just for your review.
* Please do not copy it, but do your own sophisticated modern, classic villa without changing the top roof shape in the front as that will remain the same. We will consider changing the rear view to include a -turret or balcony- changes.
