@Fox HM Ltd Thank you for your comment i will provide more sketches. You provided information about key is aprox. 13 mm so if the maximum is 31 mm that's possible to be with rotation - 9 mm each side is enough.
Milivoja: Thankyou for the sketches, if you have anything more innovative (attached), please let us know. The issue with the rotational mechanism is thickness, it comes to around 31mm (key thickness plus upper lid thickness plus lower lid thickness).

Also, there should be no buttons on the case itself. The case should be openable and the key should be revealed in whole or part.

We are looking for the design of a case for a car key. The car key fits inside the case. The case should be blank, no button, no screen etc.
By using a mechanism, the key should be revealed from within the case. Such a mechanism will probably be swing, flip, slide open etc. to reveal the carkey.

Yes Darren, we have some approx key dimensions (Ref attachment 3),
No case requirements Taras, the case should completely enclose the key ... and therefore some mechanism should reveal the key when desired. So, nothing should be on the case itself (the key should be hidden, not visible, when the case is closed). An example of a typical design is attached for references purposes.
