Description:
Hi,

Im looking for someoone who can design a 3d Product Artwork:

Product: 3D Artwork of a round Silicon Glass Coaster
Dimensions: Width: 6,5 mm, Diameter: 10,9 cm

I have a STL file format, where I started the project, but Im not a professional designer, so I need someone who can maybe start by adopting on my design, as you can find a image attached (IMG1853) and change some things:

1. adopt on the dimensions as written above.
2.add floral structure on the elements/flowers but leaving a straight level at the end.
3. add structure to the buttom and leave here also a straight level at the end.
4.I need a STEP Format at the end.

For better understanding I added some pictures of a similar product I would like to orientate on.

Also I have a ai Design where you can orientate on the floral structure (see picture attached), but they cant be all taken because the structure is for silicone printin too complex - so the structure needs to be soften up.

Please let me know if you can help me with this project.

Regards,
Jelena.
Wants:

Software:
  1. 3D1
Additional Information
The designer needs to create a layout using individual floral elements from the eps file attached and the design is going to be CNC machined into a mould and needs to be between 0 and 3 mm height.

Hi Jelena. It is mandatory to keep your initial layout and improve it or we can do a brand new one ?

Hi, Jelena there is problem when i want to import .eps file. It needs to be 2D without texture and because program can't recognize lines.

Ok, thank you i will provide you.

Hi Milivoja, yes you can find it attached the ai-file, it has the flower structures.

Hi Jelena i see what you need and it wouldn't be a problem. Do you have some sketch or something how i will arrange patterns of flowers?

Hi Jelena. I do not use Artcam, but there is a way to export a mesh from it rather than directly machining a mould which would be the normal route. The mesh could be imported into CAD and then saved as a STEP file but some of the detail will probably be lost. I think you need to get the design you want as a grey scale image and go from there. Maybe there are some artists on Cad Crowd?

Hi thank you for your response. If the someone uses ARTCAM is it possible to deliver then a STEP File? The producer is going to make a mould out of the STEP File. Can you help me?

Hi Jelena How will you be manufacturing this, you mention printing? If you are creating a mould to achieve something like the example, you ideally want to start with a grey scale image of your design and then find someone who uses software like ARTCAM. This will translate the design into varying heights depending on the colour of the image. To model something in standard CAD that replicates your example would be very difficult. I have created a lot of similar work for badges and this is the standard way of doing it. Others on Cad Crowd may have alternative views!

Leaside Project
I am building a new home and require innovative interior architectural design options ( kitchen, family room, living room and powder room) that will accommodate an exterior elevation that is already defined. One of the most important aspects to this assignment is the location of the interior foyer relative to the location of stairs that go up to the 2nd floor and down to the basement. The desired design of the foyer is to be defined in terms of its presence but not in a manner that it takes away from the interior space in a significant manner. Once a 1st floor layout is approved, the need to prepare a modern and eye catching interior design (with furniture, crown holding, tray ceilings, wainscotting, etc. ) with photo like renderings will be required. I have attached the exterior elevation (which is reversed to the actual location of the garage) but it provides a sense of the foyer location. I have also provided a PDF of the ground floor footprint that we have to work with. The dimensions of the foot print is fixed. This ground floor plan design is not the optimal in terms of the foyer so we are looking for innovative designs that will fit within the plan dimensions and our needs..
The ROBERT project
We would like a fresh set of eyes on our device ROBERT, a rehabilitation robot that release healthcare workers of heavy and continuous lifting which can cause physical strain and pain in the back, loin, wrists and shoulders. We aim to optimise rehabilitation through more frequently and prolonged exercises which can result in fewer complications and a faster retrieval of a patient’s strength. See more at www.myrobert.com. The current look is a mixture of many components comming together which does not result in a uniform design. Further we whish to incorporate a new robot arm, made by the company KUKA, the LBR iiwa version, https://www.kuka.com/en-de/products/robot-systems/industrial-robots/lbr-iiwa. This will later come in a MEDtech version, similar in use but in white and with a small change to the interface base. CAD data of the industrial version can be used for this design, change is that wiring will come out of the bottom of the medtech version and not the sides like the industrial version, so completely round in base instead of the small square thing on the side of the industrial version (so no visible wires). The industrial version can be downloaded here: https://www.kuka.com/en-de/services/downloads. It is the "LBR iiwa 14 R820" found under division "KUKA Robotics".

Smart City Sensor Wall Mount - IoT
We are building a "smart city" type sensor that will be located underground. It will have a wired connection to a Cellular Communicator that uses cellular networks to send the sensor data to cloud server. City employees will mount the Cellular Communicator to walls around the city so that it gets a strong signal. It could be mounted to the wall of a commercial or residential building, in urban or rural environments. Pictures of the Cellular Communicator are attached. We need a design for a plastic Wall Mount Bracket that will be used to attach the Cellular Communicator to the wall. We don't want it to stand out, instead we want most people not to notice it, and homeowners to not be bothered by it being mounted on their side or back wall! It should be easy to manufacture by injection mold, and simple to install. Please provide image files and any neutral CAD file format showing your Wall Bracket design. Images should show how the Communicator fits into the Bracket, and how the Bracket fits against a wall.
Unicycle
Hi all, thanks for checking out my contest! I am involved with a company that is looking to receive some entries for a "prototype" electric unicycle. If you aren't familiar let me give you a brief background. Remember the hoverboards last xmas?? The electric unicycle works on essentially the same principle (upside down pendulum theory) to achieve self balancing capability. The current offerings on the market just don't cut it, the plastics are basically thrown together around the requirements of a build, rather than incorporating the necessary components into the design for a smooth finish. I would like the final product to be somewhat futuristic/prototypish looking, maybe a bit sporty. You can get a feeling for whats out there by doing a google search for "electric unicycle". Integral to the design there are 3 requirements. 1.) Obviously the plastic fairing will need to have a cavity for the wheel, but in addition, it will need to subtly include a space for lipo batteries, (doesnt have to be in any particular shape however), and also must include spot for a pcb control board. Both of these items arent excessively large, the PCB is about 4X3 inches and the batteries are about 5X5X1 (but can be reconfigured). 2.) I would also like to incorporate into my design a headlight, and a tail light if possible, but most concerned with head light. Would also like to leave the option open to include small bluetooth speakers, however these would not take very much space at all. 3.) Finally, this design will need to have a retractable handle for balance when getting on/off.
