you must be kidding....
you providing just a perspective and asking to get floor plans from scratch.
this is not rendering... this is called architectural design plus rendering.... which can not go for 100 by any mean.

Hi,
I have just started working on the project but would like to know what renders you require. Do you basically want the same render just to a better quality? Or more from different angles? Also will you want any internal renders? Do you have any plans and elevations of the building.

Kind Regards

Ellis

Hello. Are you looking for only one exterior view similar to the attachment provided? And are you happy with a similar rendering style as your attachment? Thank you.

the total area of the condo building itself will be 30,000 sq ft. That is 7,500 sq ft per floor. Therefore, the footprint will be approx 75' x 100'. Each floor will be 10'. Avg apartment footprint will be 850 to 1000 sq ft (2 bdr, master with ensuite, 1 main bathroom, laundry, LR/DR, kitchen, kitchenette/solarium, balcony, storage room). Revision - 60 outdoor parking spots. Revision - 4 floors. Outdoor pool with cabana/change rooms, cooking / BBQ area platform. Total property is L-Shaped - dimensions (55' x 231 and 98' x 110'). I hope this has been helpful.

That picture has no dimensions or reference to go from. To create a rendering like this picture you attached, it required precise dimensions to create, so more information is needed.

Please see attachement to give you an idea of what I am looking for....thank you....

I have designed an unusual house. Ive had it professionally designed and drawn in 2D and have the files in .dwg and .dxf. For my own purposes (non commercial), id like to view it in 3D. i need the file in a format that i can view in 3D in any free 3D viewing software.

Give my house a Modern / Contemporary look!
We would like to change the exterior of our home. Currently, it is brown wood siding and which we do not like. The wood is difficult to maintain especially with all the wildlife. We are going for a modern, contemporary feel. Feel free to use google sketchup, sketch on top of, or photoshop the supplied photos of my home. This can be considered a ‘concept’ phase to determine colors, texture and overall shape. Project Details: Add some sort of overhang over the front door. Maybe extend it toward the garage and think of a clean way to support the overhang. We are going to completely redo the front steps and entry so the silly deck can go. Feel free to be creative. Notes: 1) Our trees leave lots of seeds, sap, etc. So in general, lots of white may not be a good idea. 2) Feel free to leave out the window in the basement next to the small front porch. It may or may not be shown in my images. I plan to remove this basement window. 3) I could go slightly larger for windows by extending them down toward the floor. I would prefer to keep the window widths the same, but increase the height by adding to the bottom. If making the windows longer helps your design, do it. Keeping them the same size is ok too. Attached are some examples of homes that caught my eye. Hope this gives a sense of colors textures and the feel that I’m after. Project deliverable: Create a computer generated sketch, or good hand sketch to visually show how the home would look.
