T-Bar handle
Rubber feet to avoid scratching an wooden.tiled floors
See attached spec which is an excellent model. Just needs some improvement and a sturdy handle.
Wants:
SafetyRigidity/robustness of product.
T-Bar Handle design.
Ease of assembly/dismantling.- quick method of collapsing i.e. similar to baby push chairs/prams/strollers would be ideal, but must not be unsafe whereby this can happen accidentally during usage.

I make it pretty close to your notes, but for better stability and safety I could make one with thicker frame and legs, (so if like this concept send me a message with any your suggestion and i make you one ). If You will choose this project I make you all 2D and 3D drawings with dimencions and technical data for all parts.

THIS FITNESS TRAMPOLINE HAS 36 SPRINGS , SUPPORTED ON FIVE LEGS, A MAT CONNECTED THROUGH V RINGS TO THE SPRINGS ,THE LEGS ARE SO DESIGNED THAT THESE CAN BE ADJUSTED ACCORDING TO THE FLOOR i.e. THERE ARE TWO KEYS THAT SUPPORTS THE TWO JOINTS OF THE LEGS , ANYONE CAN ADJUST IT ACCORDINGLY AND THE FEET ARE DESIGNED AS A SUCTION CUPS SO THAT THIS TRAMPOLINE CAN ALSO GET FIXED ON THE VERTICAL SURFACES OR WALLS......LEGS AND FEET CAN BE ADJUSTED BY ADJUSTING THE KEYS ,,,,,,,

These are my recommendations to your design.
1. Add ribs which are triangular in shape to the T-bar at the bottom where it attached to the circular trampoline frame. This will give strength to the T-bar from bending or flexing.
2. For ease of assembly and disassembly, Make sure the mating parts has the predefined holes features to assemble tubes quickly and use key way and slot feature to assemble in one direction and one orientation only. This will help in quick assembly and mistake proof the design.

An improvement on the existing design is what I am looking for.
The existing handle could be more stable. The trampoline itself is fine for now.
Also, the whole thing currently takes a long time to assemble. If possible (but not mandatory) an improvement to speed up the assembly/dismantling would be preferred.

Are you looking for a similar design in a step file or a brand new design that is collapsable?
No, the existing product is fairly stable.
The rubber feet keep it from slipping.
Other than assembly and dismantling, my other area of concern would be the strength of the T-Bar handle and preventing it from buckling and twisting/skewing under the dynamic forces imposed on it.

Do U want separate weights underneath so it stands better while Training? Because at that size it might slip or slide quick

I want a design for a device that will rotate a wheel about 10 inches in outer diameter about 1 complete rotation back and forth. I prefer for the device to sit on the floor and rotate the wheel back and forth instead of attaching to the carriage frame since I don’t have any carriage specs and they may vary depending on which model is being used The device could attach to the wheel itself, rim or tire. It should be adjustable though to fit on a few different size wheels. It should be designed to be able to adjust to a wheel from 7 - 10 inches.

Lighting is the key as our client is a lighting firm. First stage of the project is producing the model and supplying it along with just 1 render.
The model is to showcase mood lighting in the room. The next phase of the project will be the same shot, from exactly the same place, just rendered with different lighting / moods as instructed by client. Ongoing work for successful applicant.
