Twist 250 Insulated Tea Tumbler with Rotary Spout Lid

Product design and full CAD for a 250 ml double-wall vacuum tea tumbler with a built-in infuser. Lid: all metal, opened and sealed by a quarter turn of a knurled aluminium twist ring. It has no hinge and no loose parts. Body: SUS304 stainless steel with a real vacuum wall and a straight taper, 63.5 mm at the base to 76 mm at the top, 150 mm tall. Tea: a SUS316 infuser loads from below through a removable screw-base cap. Engineering: 16-part parametric assembly in STEP, with both threaded joints sharing one thread spec. Every part was checked for validity and interference, and capacity was calculated from the geometry. Renders: studio renders and an exploded view made in Blender.
