Motorbike tank reverse engineering

Reverse engineering model of a sport motorcycle fuel tank based on 3D scan data. The project includes mesh optimization, surface reconstruction, and creation of high-quality Class-A CAD surfaces suitable for further modification and manufacturing. Special attention is given to symmetry, curvature continuity, mounting interfaces, and functional constraints (frame contact zones, seat interface, fuel pump opening, mounting brackets). The final CAD model is fully parametric and prepared for prototyping, mold design, or performance modifications. Delivered formats: STEP, IGES, and native CAD files.
