About this service

Service description

I provide advanced UAV and VTOL development services focused on engineering-driven system design, internal layout, propulsion integration, aerodynamic feasibility, and high-quality CAD surfacing.

This service covers the full early-to-mid development cycle, from concept definition and technical research, through system architecture and internal layout, to CFD-supported decision making and prototype-ready CAD delivery.

Design work is driven by mission requirements, mass distribution, center-of-gravity management, propulsion logic, and airflow behavior, not by cosmetic styling. CFD and motion studies are used as engineering tools to compare configurations and reduce technical risk.

My approach is informed by a military engineering background, emphasizing system discipline, realistic constraints, and development under confidentiality and NDA conditions.

This service is intended for serious aerospace, defense, and advanced R&D programs.
It is not suitable for hobby drones, toy UAVs, race drones, or cosmetic-only concepts.

Public examples focus on system architecture, layout logic, and analysis methodology. External geometry and identifying features may be intentionally abstracted.

Automotive Wheel & Class-A Specialist | BMW Group Production | CAD · Surfacing · DFM

My background is in automotive surface engineering, with a long-term focus on wheel design for BMW Group production programmes. Over the years I have taken a significant number of wheel designs through the complete development cycle — from early concept and CAS through Class A surfacing, engineering coordination, and production-ready handover.

This work was carried out against BMW internal develo... read more

Questions and answers

This service is intended for serious UAV and VTOL development programs with defined objectives and engineering intent, including aerospace R&D, defence-related work, and advanced technology demonstrators.

Yes. NDA-based work is standard. Publicly displayed material is intentionally sanitized and focuses on methodology rather than identifiable designs.

No. The scope is limited to airframe architecture, system layout, aerodynamic feasibility, and CAD development. Sensitive integrations remain client-directed and contract-specific.

No. Flight control software and detailed avionics design are outside scope and are treated as abstracted constraints unless explicitly defined otherwise.

Yes. Existing components can be incorporated into the system architecture, internal layout, and feasibility analysis.

Engagements can begin at early concept definition or later stages such as layout refinement, CFD analysis, or preparation for prototyping.

Deliverables are appropriate for engineering evaluation, simulation, and prototyping, not for marketing or presentation-only use.

Yes. Class-A surfacing is provided when required, using automotive-grade surfacing discipline adapted for aerospace geometry.

No. This service targets professional engineering programs with realistic budgets and development expectations.

The service supports development through prototype and pre-production stages. Production readiness depends on downstream engineering and certification processes.

Sensitive information is handled under NDA. Public examples avoid dimensions, performance data, and identifiable geometry.
