About this service

Evaluate thermal expansion, stress and support loads in industrial process piping using CAESAR II. I help engineering teams turn an agreed design basis into a traceable model, useful result tables and a technical report. My demonstrated piping work includes ASME B31.3, pressure and thermal load cases, support reactions and modal assessments. I also bring four years of mechanical FEA experience.

The first step is an input and scope review: isometrics, materials, pressure and temperature cases, pipe and insulation weights, support arrangements, equipment connections, imposed displacements, code edition and acceptance criteria. Missing information and assumptions are recorded before detailed analysis.

Depending on the scope, deliverables can include the CAESAR II model, load-case matrix, stress and displacement summaries, support-reaction tables, comparison of support alternatives and a concise calculation report. Modal analysis, flange checks and support FEA are agreed separately when needed. Findings that need further review are reported explicitly.

Hourly work is quoted at USD 45/hour. Before starting, we agree the system boundaries, expected hours, milestones, file formats and review rounds. Changes to input geometry or operating cases can change the scope.

I am an advanced Mechanical Engineering student at UTN Argentina; my degree is pending. The service provides technical analysis and documentation, without professional stamping or regulatory certification. Availabilit... read more
