Industrial Process Piping — CAESAR II Stress and Flexibility Analysis

Representative model from my industrial pipe stress analysis work using CAESAR II and ASME B31.3. My scope included model preparation, thermal/pressure and sustained load cases, support reactions, flexibility review and technical reporting. The workflow starts with verified routing, material, wall thickness, operating conditions, supports and equipment interfaces. Results are reviewed against the agreed code basis, with findings and required follow-up checks recorded in the calculation report. Flange and connection checks are reviewed separately; the model image alone is not a blanket compliance statement. This portfolio sample shows analysis geometry with client identifiers omitted. Available services include scoped pipe stress assessments, support evaluation and clear calculation documentation. I completed the ASME B31.3 Process Piping Code Overview online course on 5 October 2026 (2 PDH); this is course completion, not professional licensure.
