I need your existing drawings in PDF or DWG format, any applicable design standards or templates. If you have a BIM Execution Plan (BEP), please share it as well.

Delivery time depends on project size and complexity. A typical residential floor takes 3–5 business days. I will confirm the exact timeline after reviewing your drawings before we agree to start.

Two revision rounds are included in the fixed price. Additional revisions beyond that are available at a small agreed fee depending on the scope of changes.
