Questions and answers
Not at all. You can come to us with a finished file, a rough sketch, a photo of something broken, or just a description of the problem you need solved. We figure out the rest from there.
Every project is quoted individually based on design complexity, manufacturing process, material, and quantity. We break the quote into two parts — our service fee for design and project management, and the manufacturing cost — so you always know exactly what you are paying for and why.
Most projects are completed within one to two weeks. Simple parts with existing files can move faster. Projects requiring design from scratch or multiple iterations take longer. We give you a realistic timeline before any work begins and keep you updated throughout.
Iteration is a normal part of the process and we expect it. Minor design revisions are included. If a project requires significant redesign or changes in scope we will let you know before doing additional work and agree on next steps together.
Before anything goes to production we make sure the design is correct and the file is manufacturing-ready. If an issue does occur on the production side we manage the resolution directly and keep you in the loop throughout.
