Questions and answers
Not at all. We work with clients at every stage. If you have a finished file, we can review and optimize it. If you have a sketch, a photo, or just an idea, we can design it from scratch and take it all the way through to a finished part.
It depends on the scope. A DFM review or file repair is usually turned around in 2 to 3 business days. A full design and delivery project typically runs 1 to 2 weeks depending on complexity and production lead time. We'll give you a realistic timeline before any work begins.
We work with STL, STEP, SLDPRT, OBJ, DXF, and Onshape native files. If you have something else, reach out and we'll let you know if we can work with it.
Both. We can deliver just the design files if that's what you need, or we can manage the entire process from design through production and deliver a finished physical part to you. Let us know what level of involvement works best for your project.
