• Senior Project Engineer Kin Yat Holdings Ltd; manufactures of electrical & AI household appliances and motors, (major customer: iRobot HKSE: 638) · Full-time Jul 2013 – Jun 2020 6 yrs 11 mos Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China ● Resolving design and manufacturability issues by means of DFA & DFM till prove effective in pilot run
  ● Lead cross-functional activities in each stage of verification build for overall operational readiness in all NPI phases into Mass Production
  ● Build up to assure new products are manufactured meeting specifications on product features, cost, quality and the delivery schedule
  ● Lead and drive continuous improvement to ensure effective production performance in terms of productivity, quality and cost.
  ● Collaborate with Operation teams and etc. parties in developing manufacturing Blueprint including process flow, equipment/ fixture designs, implementation schedules and validation plans prior to any verification build
