  •Coordinate Review and Prepare, Drawings and Design approval from Consultant, client and other approving authority if involved. Also obtaining approval for variations as per site requirement including BOM and cost variations.
  •Perform proactive surveillance inspection of quality and standards to minimize or avoid discrepancy and loss of time and money due to non-conformance rectification causing delays in project handover.
  •Review of supplier/vendor quality system by periodic audits and Verification of products at supplier/vendor premises by performing inspection and test activities for final acceptance certification of product
  •Prepare handover documents as per clients list, which involves, operation manuals, spare parts list, special tools required list, operation and maintenance manuals, as built documents and others documents as per the clients list and handover the project to end user as contract on successful commissioning and with proper documentation.
