Product Development Engineer Evon Electric Pvt. Ltd. · Full-time May 2024 – Present 2 yrs 1 mos Kathmandu, Bagmati Province, Nepal Design and Development of Electric Bike Subcomponents:
Conducted CAD design and analysis of battery cooling system , sheet metal mounts for
subcomponents, and chassis for electric bike.
Designed and Constructed complete LFP battery pack, including busbars, compression sheets,
and outer casing, utilizing precision sheet metal fabrication techniques.
Design for Manufacturing (DFM):
Designed components tailored for manufacturing processes such as sheet metal fabrication, pipe
weldments, 3d-printing and injection molding.
Prototyping and Testing:
Used 3D-printed, Laser cut & Pipe Bends to create fixtures for chassis & its different mounts.
