Received formation on the company department’s activity through the company’s on boarding program: Operations and management, Safety and Security, HR, Facility management, asset management, fund management, Market Research and Finance BO. Received formation on IOW (improve our work) webinars.
Updated and enhanced the past decade of data records in Excel from the company’s assets and clients, regarding energy and water usages (savings,Investment, ROI). Worked with functions like: SUMIFS, INDEX, MATCH, VLookup and XLookup. Developed a table with all hundreds of initiatives taken in the context of Bright&Dive project.
Read and analysed multiple Energy and Water audits. Learned about BREEAM, LEED and Green buildings certification. Did research on green electricity and its contracts. Engaged with manuals, policies, system procedures, technical procedures and annexes on multiple safety, health and environmental topics.
Written two case studies with regards to the benchmarkings, audits and other initiatives for two different shopping centres, showing developments such as the efficiency improvement of their HVAC systems, commissioning and other topics. Became proficient working collaboratively in a variety of Word, Excel documents stored in MS Sharepoint.
Elaborated an inductive flyer for training of staff working at Sonae Sierra’s shopping centres.
Participated in a risk assessment tour to CascaisShopping. Visited HVAC systems room, cooling towers, air treatment units, Waste management areas, staff corridors, maintenance rooms, storage rooms and loading and unloading area. I was Introduced to the calculus of risk assessment following the matrix parameters.
Elaborated the application for the National Sustainability Award, responding in detail to every question and substantiating the achievements of Bright&Dive project. -
