I am a CAD designer in the Inland Northwest. My background in knife and tool design with Buck Knives has helped me gain a better sense of what a customer looks for in a product that they will use daily. I have been able to be part of the development of both core projects and special projects. My schooling at North Idaho College helped me to learn mechanical design concepts that are heavily influenced by manufacturing, as well as multiple CAD programs like SolidWorks, Inventor, and AutoCAD.

I help to develop ideas with the rest of the design team that can be turned into large scale productions. My role is important because I supply the rest of the team with revised drawings, and accurate models of our ideas.

- North Idaho College AAS, CAD Technician - Mechanical Design 2018 – 2020 Built a strong CAD portfolio using SolidWorks and AutoCAD. Learned mechanical design skills such as GD&T, Industrial Processes, Statics, Material Science, and how to design for manufacturability.
