I own and operate an architectural drafting business based in Arizona, USA, specializing in residential and light commercial construction documents.
My projects include custom homes, residential additions and remodels, accessory dwelling units (ADUs), casitas, commercial tenant improvements, adaptive reuse projects, and other residential and commercial developments.
I work closely with homeowners, contractors, architects, and engineers to develop accurate architectural drawings and construction documents for building permit submissions.
I primarily use AutoCAD for architectural drafting and am interested in expanding into Revit and 3D modeling.
I am looking to establish long-term working relationships with experienced remote architectural drafters who can assist with preparing floor plans, site plans, elevations, building sections, construction details, and complete architectural permit drawing packages.
Ideal candidates should have strong AutoCAD skills, experience preparing US construction documents, familiarity with American building methods and standards, and the ability to work independently from preliminary designs, sketches, and redline corrections.

I graduated from MTI College in San Bernardino, California, in 2002 and began my professional career working with architectural firms in 2003, gaining valuable experience in architectural drafting, construction documents, and residential and commercial design.
In 2008, I established Munoz Complete Drafting Services, initially operating the business part-time while continuing to work with architectural firms. I started by assisting homeowners with residential additions, remodels, and construction drawings. As my reputation grew through referrals and advertising, I began expanding my client base and taking on larger projects.
In 2015, I transitioned to operating my business full-time and have continued growing it ever since.
Today, I have over 23 years of experience in the architectural drafting industry, specializing in residential and light commercial construction documents, including custom homes, additions, remodels, accessory dwelling units (ADUs), and commercial renovations.
Throughout my career, I have worked closely with homeowners, contractors, architects, engineers, and building departments to develop construction drawings, coordinate project requirements, and obtain building permits.
As my business continues to grow, I am looking to establish relationships with skilled architectural drafters who can assist with project production and become part of a dependable, long-term drafting team.
