  ● Reviewing & validating the estimation/ proposals with the received PO and understanding the scope of our work/ limit.
  ● Reading, interpreting and collecting the latest civil/architectural drawings from the Consultant/Client.
  ● Performing Fire code analysis and interpretation including existing fire protection systems analysis.
  ● Preparing P&ID’s and Schematics for design review & approval from the Consultant/ Client.
  ● Preparing shop drawings/detailed drawings for installation & erection by ensuring safe & economic designs.
  ● Attending design and coordination meetings and liaise with Builders, Architects & Consultants.
  ● Preparing coordination drawings co-coordinating with other services (Sewage & Storm-water drain line, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Structural, False Ceilings, other services, etc.,)

  ● Verifying designs by performing Hydraulic calculations by using SprinkCALC software.
  ● Preparing technical datasheets, write-ups, design philosophies & other submittals.
