Archicad was the first software Azamat Syrymbetov met in 2012 at the university. He successfully defended
his bachelor's degree using this software.
After graduating, he began to study BIM methodology from different angles.
In 2017, he joined ALCOR, a company that implements and trains software solutions based on BIM, and
began to study programs such as AECOsim Building Designer, Open Buildings Designer, Descartes, Context
Capture, Microstation, Point Clound from Bentley Systems. As well as Tekla Structures and Bricsys.
Having received the certificate proving his qualification, he started to implement AECOsim, Open Buildings
Designer and Context Capture solutions in the company not only in Kazakhstan but also in Russia, such as
Novgorod NGIAP, Krasnoyarsk Pole Project, ERG, KazCHROM, KazZinc. Being engaged in training and
technical support of all CIS countries on these products, he earned his first experience as a BIM specialist.
As there are no other specialists in AECOsim and OPen Buildings Designer products in the CIS countries.
Initially, he works in the company, which is the official partner of these vendors in Kazakhstan, he always
had the opportunity to test a huge number of software for collaboration.
After a year and a half of work with these solutions, he made a proposal to the company to create a
partnership with GRAPHISOFT. As, in his opinion, there is no software product that closes the civil
engineering as ARCHICAD.
Since the end of 2018, he has added ARCHICAD and related software products such as Twinmotion,
RhinoCeros, Grasshopper, MEP Modeler and the Unity and Unreal Engine to his arsenal.
As a direct competitor in the CIS countries is Autodesk, he had to compare these products and learn the
solution Revit. In order to oppose specialists with experience in Revit with the best alternative and prove
his point of view.
In 2018, he held a practical workshop with architects and designers in Kazakhstan, so that many could have
an experience in ARCHICAD.
Also in 2018, together with the Moscow office of Graphisoft and ALCOR company, we organized a large
conference in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
In 2019, the same team held a large conference in Uzbekistan, Tashkent, to promote ARCHICAD.
During my short working experience I conducted a channel with video tutorials on Bentley systems and
Graphisoft products for the CIS public. I also created three-dimensional models of the real building of civil
and industrial disciplines.
