- Mountain Bike Frame Building Designed and built a proven high-performance mountain bike frame with fixturing for machining and welding. Developed a short/long arm” suspension system. Optimized the mechanical design of frame parts, ranging from pinch bolts to suspension links, to be machined primarily with OMAX waterjet cutter and a manual milling machine.
