Twenty-five years in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, I&C, Civil and Architectural Drafting and Electrical Design for a variety of industrial and commercial facilities including: Microelectronics, Restaurant/Kitchen design, Hospitals, Colleges, off-shore drilling platforms, Office buildings, banks and fitness centers. Independent Electrical Designer with various engineering firms. Previous to that, owned own business in which I supervised several employees. Business ownership has afforded experience in Marketing, Project Management of teams and offices, Project Coordination and QC, business management, personnel management. I have punch-listed and provided extensive as-built’s in all kinds of buildings and environments. Willing and able to work independently. Proficient in both AutoCAD and MicroStation.

Field verified and documented existing electrical conditions for Airport on Antigua, in the West Indies.
Field verified existing conditions and designed lighting showroom upgrade, Dallas, Texas.
Field verified existing conditions and designed power and lighting for (2) two tenant finish outs, Austin Texas.
Field verified existing conditions and designed new lighting systems for 3 projects on the University of Texas Campus, Austin, Texas
Contract As-built plans for company out of California that only does As-builts. Site Surveys with laser measuring device and 360 camera, brought data home and input into Autocad 2016. This was strictly an independent exercise from start to finish.

AutoCad Electrical Design of Power and lighting for all Planet Fitness facilities nationwide. Performed file creation and layout and circuiting design of lighting and power systems, panel loading, one-line diagrams all done in AutoCad. Typical turn-around for each project was 8-16 hours and included Lighting, Power, Low Voltage and Schedules/Details.
