About

I'm an architectural designer based in Abuja with an MSc and a B.Tech in Architecture from Rivers State University. I take residential, estate and interior projects through the whole process: concept, space planning, working drawings, photoreal visualisation and site supervision.

Over the past year and a half I've worked on 15+ live projects, from detached duplexes, a six-unit apartment block and a gated estate to kitchens, interiors and a full salon fit-out. At SOE Interiors I delivered 6+ kitchen, interior and commercial fit-outs from first sketch to finished site, and checked every joinery and fit-out drawing before it went to fabricators. At Checkers Integrated Concepts I prepared 150+ drawing sheets and 80+ photoreal renders for residential and commercial schemes.

What clients get from me: photoreal exterior and interior renders, clean construction drawings (plans, sections, elevations, details), Revit/ArchiCAD models, kitchen and joinery design, and quick revisions, usually within one to two days.

Tools: Revit, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Corona, V-Ray, Lumion, D5 Render, Photoshop.

Architect & 3D Designer SOE Interiors · Full-time Apr 2026 – Jul 2026 3 mos Abuja Abaji, Federal Capital Territory, Nigeria - Delivered 6+ kitchen, interior and commercial fit-out projects from space plan to finished site, producing every drawing package and photoreal render the studio used to sell and build them.
- Cut site rework by checking 100+ joinery and fit-out drawings for dimension, clearance and service-routing errors before they went to fabricators, then supervising installation against them.
- Got designs signed off faster by presenting 2-3 options per brief and turning client feedback into revised layouts and renders within one to two days.
Intern Architect Checkers Integrated Concepts · Internship May 2025 – Apr 2026 11 mos Abuja Abaji, Federal Capital Territory, Nigeria - Took around 8 residential and commercial schemes from concept to design development, including detached duplexes, a six-unit apartment block, terrace housing and a gated estate.
- Prepared 150+ drawing sheets (plans, sections, elevations, details) for approval and construction, cross-checking sheets so dimensions, levels and openings stayed consistent.
- Produced 80+ photoreal exterior and interior views in 3ds Max with Corona and V-Ray, plus quick presentation visuals in Lumion and D5 Render.
