  1. Develop, manage and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit for Mechanical MEP systems, including HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage and Firefighting.

  7. Coordinate model updates, revisions and design changes throughout the project lifecycle.
  
  8. Manage Revit worksets, families, shared coordinates, levels, grids and project parameters.
  
  9. Perform BIM model quality checks (QA/QC) to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with project standards.
  
  10. Coordinate with design engineers, consultants, contractors and site teams to resolve technical issues.
  
  11. Prepare and maintain BIM documentation, model reports, coordination reports and drawing submissions.
  
  12. Support project teams with technical solutions, modelling improvements and BIM workflow optimization.
  
  13. Monitor model development according to project LOD (Level of Development) requirements.
  
  14. Support junior BIM Modellers and provide technical guidance to maintain modelling quality and project standards.
