Provided freelance architectural and structural design support for an international residential project involving two structures:
40 ft × 24 ft main house: revised from a two-bedroom, two-bathroom layout to a one-bedroom, one-bathroom layout, with a flat-roof structural design, roof planning, roof framing, and load calculations.
30 ft × 15 ft tiny house: flat-roof structural design, roof plan, roof framing plan, structural roof layout/details, and load calculations.
Prepared coordinated roof plans, framing information, structural layouts, and calculation documents based on the client’s existing architectural plans and project requirements. The agreed project timeline was two weeks, and the deliverables were organized for client review and further professional assessment where required.
The work was provided as design and technical drafting support. Where local regulations require a licensed professional’s review, certification, signing, or seal, the documents must be reviewed and approved by a suitably qualified architect or engineer in the relevant jurisdiction.
